Ceramics

Creators will build their own bowls, vessels, and imaginative clay forms using foundational techniques like pinch pots, coil building, and slab construction. Guided by the play + learn philosophy, students are encouraged to explore clay in a relaxed environment, where they can experiment with realizing their artistic vision, drawing inspiration from the wondrous world around them.

Each project introduces new hand-building techniques, allowing students to learn at their own pace while expressing their creativity. By the end of the class, students will have built a collection of unique ceramic pieces, laying the groundwork for future ceramic adventures and a love for creative exploration.
